Notice

For maximum protection, experience has shown that at least two officers within every law enforcement agency should be trained in the identification and investigation of confidence crimes. This small, but wise use of limited department' resources can and does afford your citizens with the greatest protection available.

Not For Profit

PACC has no paid positions, and is staffed entirely by volunteers who are committed to the goals and objectives of the organization. As such all income is directed towards training and public awareness projects.
